The hotel is great. We had a triple room which was really big with king size bed. Lobby bar is very nice with fireplace. Pool and wellness is great. They have Maro club for children. The stuff is very polite and helpful. They gave us early check in and late check out. We will definitely come back.
My stay at Hotel Obertauern in Austria was outstanding, thanks to the exceptional service and prime location. Denis at the bar was wonderfully helpful, making every evening enjoyable. Christjan ensured dinner was a highlight, with his attentive service complementing the excellent buffet and set menu options. The hotel's central location made getting to the slopes each morning a breeze. Highly recommend.
It was our second stay at this hotel. As good as the first one :) Location and food is great. Staff is good and friendly. Booking highly recommended :) Pool, saunas and excellent massages in their SPA. Obertauern is one of the best places for skiing and this hotel would be your best choice :)
This hotel is cozy and the service is very good. The rooms are comfortable and the hotel is close to skiing areas. I think I would've put 5 stars, however, a group of eastern europeans were awfully noisy and we couldn't enjoy the pool/spa area. They were talking very loudly and were smoking and drinking alcohol in the outside pool. Some of them were jumping in the water right next to us, not even saying sorry. They even broke the automatic door to go to the outside pool. Some men were looking at us, my friend and I felt very uncomfortable.
I'm surprised this area wasn't checked or monitored more often. It seems people can do whatever they want with no consequences. We paid for this hotel for the rooms but also for the spa, it's unfair that we have to avoid going there because some people can't behave.
But apart from that issue, the service was good and we enjoyed the rooms.

Great hotel, really helpful and friendly staff (especially Edvin in restaurant and Nikola for ski stuff). Everybody cares and you can really see it. Had a fantastic ski break and would definitely visit again!
The best hotel in mountain that i have ever seen. The food and location was excelente. Pool is so beautiful and the water in outdoar pool is great temperature. The staff is very simpatic and the rooms are very big and comfortable. I will come again next year.
